Fitness

Our fitness club has all the right equipment to build up body shape (cardio) and work on all muscle groups (strength). The presence and guidance of our professional fitness instructors ensures responsible training based on a personal training schedule. The basis for this is the fitness test in which fat percentage, blood pressure and your condition are measured and we discuss specific wishes regarding training and possible injuries. After the test you will have your first training session during which you and one of our instructors will complete your training schedule to allow you to proceed independently and responsibly in the future. After one and two months we plan an evaluation to evaluate your programme. After three months the fitness test will be repeated to see how you have progressed and to optimise your training schedule, to give your body new impulses and new challenges. Our fitness guidance is included.

The advantage of fitness is the high level of freedom. You decide when and for how long you want to work out. Fitness is suitable for all, regardless of age and health.
