GuidanceAt InTension you are guaranteed proper and extensive guidance. First of all there is the free introductory training. We introduce you to the location, the various fitness tools available and explain the various approaches. You may naturally choose to participate in one of our group lessons. Should you decide to become a member, we then run a fitness test to measure such factors as blood pressure, weight, and physical condition. We discuss your objectives and any specific issues you may have in terms of training and possible injuries to help us prepare a tailored training schedule. After the test you do your first training with one of our instructors who discusses the schedule with you to help you get started in the right way. After one and two months we plan a evaluation to evaluate your progess. After three months the fitness test will be repeated to see how you have progressed and to optimise your training schedule, to give your body new impulses and new challenges.
