Fitness test

At InTension you may count on proper and extensive guidance. If you decide to become a member, we first put you to a fitness test to measure your fat, blood pressure and physical condition. We discuss specific training requirements and possible injuries to help us prepare a tailored training programme. After the test you have your first training session during which one of our instructors helps you carry out your programme to allow you to proceed independently and responsibly in the future. After one and two months we plan an evaluation to evaluate your programme. After three months the fitness test will be repeated to see how you have progressed and to optimise your training schedule, to give your body new impulses and new challenges. Our fitness guidance is included.
