Sports massage (VOMAS and BMS certified) Sports massage can be relaxing (after workout) or activating (prior to workout) and is a sturdier massage compared to a relaxation massage. Sports massage stimulates blood circulation in both skin and muscles, allowing waste to leave the body faster.
Relaxation massage This massage is characterised by long and calm movements of the hand using warm oil. It gives a sense of calmness and balance because blocked energy is given the chance to flow again.
Hotstone massage The hotstone can be booked separately, or in combination with one of the Reiki massages. The hot stones feel great and help tension areas relax.
Chair massage The chair massage is a so-called 'pressure point massage' seated on a special chair whereby back, neck, arms, hands and head are all taken care of and without the need to undress. The pressure points stimulate the energy lines, allowing waste to better drain.
Reiki (RP practitioner based on the Usui system) Reiki is originally a Japanese healing method based on faith healing and 'steering' of energy. It brings body and soul in balance. NOTE: some insurance companies (partly) compensate Reiki treatment. Terms and conditions are stated in your insurance package. |
