The Personal Trainer sees what fits your personal situation during the intake session and after this first session he/she will propose a fitting training- and/or nutrition program for you. After this, you will start the exercise!
InTension Health Club offers various certified Personal Trainers, who are passionate to motivate you, let you reach your goals and stimulate you. Personal Training is an investment in yourself and is not only good for your health, it will also help you during training without direct supervision of your Personal Trainer, because you learn the exact technics and posture.

Let people train and/or rehabilitate functional and effectively in a way to reach the asked demands.
Because of my education at The Academy for Sports and at The Overload Principle (T.O.P.) I’ve learned that it is important to have someone’s request for help clear. To let someone work is not that hard. To let someone train in a way that makes them reach their goals is what it is all about. To make this possible personal involvement, alertness and total attention are key. Apart from training I also think that nutrition, rest and the correct attitude are necessary to get the job done. All these aspects are covered during the training sessions you’ll have with me.

Mission:
My mission is to let people work together with their own body. The focus is not only on the training, but on the total process. You only got one body, so take good care of it!
Vision:
Personal training is for me: that I support people during exercising, so that they can reach their goals and set new ones. The focus is on the training but also on attention, mindset and rest. Giving ‘structure’ too every aspect is the core of this progress. With my experience in the fitness world, successfully finishing my bachelor of Sport management and AALO personal training I consider myself well-developed in the field of personal training.
