RehabilitationFitness is perfect for rehabilitating after injuries or illnesses. At InTension Health Club professional fitness instructors provide complete professional training. Instructors use their extensive knowledge to advise you on how to efficiently rehabilitate with a personal programme. This is based on the fitness test in which possible injuries and your specific wishes regarding the rehabilitation programme are carefully discussed. After the test you will have your first training session in which you can discuss your training programme directly with an instructor, to proceed independently and responsibly in the future. After one and two months we plan an evaluation to evaluate your programme. After three months the fitness test will be repeated to see how you have progressed and to optimise your training schedule for your rehabilitating. Our fitness guidance is included.
