Stacey takes care of a variety of group lessons: X-Core, BURN, Kick IT and Spinning. Stacey also works as a fitness trainer in the fitness area.

Heleen
Heleen is manager of InTension Health Club and coordinates the components reception, group lessons, childcare and cleaning. Heleen also takes care of group lessons such as Aerobics, Power, 55 Fit, Yoga and Pilates. She also works at the reception.

Jose is coordinator of our Body and Mind lessons. She is employable for the Yin Yoga, Warm Yoga, Hot Yoga and Stretch & Relax. José also works as a receptionist and fulfills multiple back-office tasks.
