I would like some more information about the prices of the different subscriptions.
Please visit and enjoy a FREE NON-OBLIGATORY test lesson (on appointment) during which you can work out at the club without guidance or join one of the group lessons. This will allow you to experience the atmosphere and develop a clear picture of our working methods and different facilities. At the end of the test lesson our receptionist will discuss with you the cost of the various alternatives.
How do I know InTension Health Club offers good quality?
InTension guarantees professionalism and quality given the fact that we are members of the VES (Vereniging van Exclusieve Sportcentra) and trade organisation FIT!Vak. Being registered means we are approved according to LERF-TOTAAL. This is the highest quality standard approved by the Ministry of Health ensuring quality, expertise, staff competence, hygiene, accommodation, security and operational management. This makes InTension the only club in this area that has achieved the LERF TOTAAL standard and offers the highest quality.
Is InTension Health Club able to offer what I need?
InTension is a Health Club where everybody is most welcome to work out in a pleasant and comfortable environment where sports, health and a good atmosphere are pivotal. We offer an extensive selection of activities for young and old.
What kind of guidance can I count on and is this included in my subscription?
The presence and guidance of our professional fitness instructors guarantees responsible training based on your personal needs. The basis for this are the fitness test and the first training. Every month there is a contact moment with one of our Fitness trainers. Our fitness guidance is included.
Is it necessary to book a group lesson in advance?
Yes (with the exception of the stomach quarter hour). This guarantees you a place and helps us manage our services. Book a place through our booking system.
What should I do if a lesson is booked up and I want to join in?
If a lesson is booked up, the receptionist will put you on a waiting list. Should a spot become available, you will be informed on time. Prior to (+/- an hour in advance) the lesson call reception to check whether a place is available.
Must I cancel a group lesson?
If you are unable to attend, we appreciate that you cancel a group lesson an hour before start. Canceling means other people on the waiting list can join in.
The Group lesson schedule changes how often?
Every three months according to the number of people attending.
Where can I park my car?
As a member of the InTension Health Club you may park you car for FREE at our parking spaces located within a short distance of the clubhouse. Make a booking through our booking system. NOTE: Using the car parks is at your own risk!
Does InTension have a day care centre?
The day care centre is open every day from 9:00 to 12:00 (for children from 6 weeks to 5 years). We do recommend booking in advance.
I am pregnant/injured and cannot/may not work out for a certain period of time. Can I interrupt my subscription?
For medical reasons and pregnancy you can interrupt a subscription for a certain period of time in consultation with our receptionist. To interrupt your subscription you need to submit a doctor's declaration.
I wish to discontinue my subscription. How should I proceed?
If you wish to cancel your subscription you will need to do this in person, at the reception desk using the right notice form. The subscription CANNOT be cancelled by telephone, letter or e-mail. For more information contact reception on 070-3318811 or info@in-tension.nl
